Collaboration revolves around organizations: you invite teammates, assign roles, optionally narrow them to particular projects, and respect seat quotas enforced by billing. Agencies lean on project scope so freelancers never see unrelated clients—even while sharing one subscription.

Capabilities roll down from organization roles—see Organizations for navigation context:

  • Owner — Full administrative authority, including billing, destructive actions, and ownership transfer flows when enabled.
  • Admin — Day-to-day workspace management (team/settings operations), billing remains read-only.
  • Editor — Runs permitted intelligence tools, edits assets, and collaborates inside assigned scopes.
  • Viewer — Read-heavy access; execution may be intentionally disabled for governance.

Exact matrices occasionally vary by SKU—when in doubt, read the tooltip beside each permission toggle.

Project scope

Beyond org-wide membership, you can confine someone to specific projects. Invitations capture that scope so contractors only load the briefs you intend. Scoped members still consume credits from the parent organization when they run allowed tools.

Invitation lifecycle

  1. An authorized member enters an email, selects a role, and decides whether to attach project scope.
  2. The recipient receives a personalized link—deliverability issues usually trace back to corporate spam filters.
  3. After authenticating with the same email, they appear in Overview & team with the assigned access.
  4. Pending org invites can also surface in the org directory with an Accept invite action for the invited account.

Owners can revoke pending invites or downgrade roles when engagements end.

Seats, invites, and billing

Plans cap concurrent members, pending invitations, or both. When you reach a ceiling, the UI explains whether upgrading, archiving inactive users, or rescinding stale invites resolves the conflict.
