Core concepts
- Pinnora / Pinnora — The commercial name for our campaign intelligence workspace; UI copy usually says Pinnora.
- Organization — Tenant boundary for billing, credits, members, and policies.
- Project — Campaign workspace executing intelligence tools inside one organization.
- Run — Single execution of a tool with structured inputs and outputs.
- Credits — Organization-level spend balance; subscriptions and top-ups grant credits, and runs debit against them (see Credits & billing).
- Role — Owner, admin, editor, or viewer privileges layered with optional project scope.
