Organizations
Updated 2026-04-18
An organization is the contractual and collaboration boundary inside Pinnora. Credits, invoices, invitations, and most audits roll up here, while projects underneath isolate individual campaigns or brands—think of an organization as “the tenant” your agency or brand team pays for.
What an organization owns
- Subscription status and pooled credit balances
- Projects housing intelligence tools
- Members, roles, invitations, and optional project scopes
- Policies governing who may spend credits, approve invites, or access billing surfaces
Individuals may belong to many organizations with one login. Switch contexts whenever you jump between clients or business units so you do not change the wrong workspace.
Create or join
Create an organization launches the creation flow exposed from onboarding shortcuts and sidebar actions. Paid plans sometimes cap how many organizations a single login may own, but belonging to unlimited partner orgs stays normal for contractors.
Accepted invitations bypass manual creation—you land directly inside the inviting org after authentication.
Role required: Creating a new org requires a user account with available org-ownership capacity on the active plan.
URLs and bookmarks
Organizations publish stable URLs shaped like /org/your-organization-slug. Slugs originate during creation and rarely change; bookmark the pattern so teammates deep-link faster than hunting through dropdowns.
Sidebar map
Typical anchors include:
| Label | Route pattern | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Overview & team | /org/your-slug | Pulse check, invitations, roster |
| All projects | /org/your-slug/projects | Campaign workspaces |
| New project | /org/your-slug/projects/new | Spins up another workspace when quotas allow |
| Billing | /org/your-slug/billing | Credits, invoices, upgrades |
Switch organizations through the sidebar selector or /org/switch whenever you operate multiple contracts.
