Sign up & sign in

Your Pinnora credentials follow you across every organization you join or own. Keeping the inbox healthy and pairing the right email with each invitation prevents ninety percent of “I cannot see my workspace” escalations—this page walks through the basics and the awkward edge cases.
Create an account
Visit Create an account and choose whichever identity option the screen presents—typically email/password plus any single sign-on buttons we expose for your tenant.
Pick an email inbox your security team actually monitors; billing notices, invitations, and critical alerts ride the same channel.
Existing users head to Sign in. After authentication you land in Organizations where every workspace you belong to is listed.
Need a refresher on what happens inside an organization once you authenticate? Organizations covers sidebar navigation and URLs.
Email verification and recovery
Transactional messages contain verification or password-reset links with short-lived tokens. Click them from the same browser profile you expect to use for daily work when possible; corporate VPN split tunnels occasionally block redirects.
Verification is mandatory before most organization-level routes unlock. If you suspect deliverability problems, whitelist the sender domain listed in our legal contact materials and retry.
Troubleshooting checklist
| Symptom | Try this |
|---|---|
| Invite goes nowhere | Confirm you created the account with exactly the invited email; accept the invite while logged into that identity. |
| Verification expired | Trigger a fresh email from the sign-up or settings flow—older links intentionally stop working after a security window. |
| Password loop | Sign out everywhere, close password managers forcing the wrong vault entry, then request a reset link. |
Still blocked? Gather your organization slug (from the invite), approximate timestamps, and email Legal contacts so support can correlate auth logs quickly.
